Very poor service dept. Seems not too interested in quality customer support. Lacking basic courtesy and has snotty attitude. Take it somewhere else.
Ever since my first lease with these folks, my experiences have been entirely positive. I actually stumbled in by accident, after having a bad experience with a nearby dealer. I came and spoke with Craig, the owner, and came out with a new Grand Cherokee shortly after. I've had all the service on the Jeep performed by them as well - they do oil changes cheaper than I can do them myself, and have never had to wait more than an hour. Craig and Earl are examples of old school efficiency and pride in their work. I just got my second Grand Cherokee from them, and the experience was even better than the first - they bent over backwards, and included things I didn't even ask for at no charge. They have a customer for life.
Service staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me honest opinions on the options available. Great experience!
Went there on 12-14-17 at 5:15 pm and when I walked in there was no sales staff to be found. The receptionist looked for a sales person for about 15 minutes and then told me the sales manager is on phone and would be with me shortly, I could hear him on the phone and after 10 more minute the receptionist asked if some body could call me. I assume they don't sell cars there. I want to trade my 14 wrangler in for a 18. I want to thank the lady for trying to help but I think they actually need more staff of just become a repair shop.
Poor customer service, service department will bend over backwards to make sure you take your car somewhere else. I bought a 2017 new Jeep that has had constant issues. Tried to make an appointment on multiple occasions but was told “We are booked out for TWO WEEKS, before we can see your car”. (Pretty much a tactic that says “we don’t want want service calls we can’t make money off of”. Not sure how it’s possible that every time I have an issue the service department at a large auto dealer is booked out for two weeks, especially for someone that literally just purchased the Jeep. I’d suggest going to a different dealership to purchase and service your vehicle.
