I bought a 2017 Mazda 3, and am very happy with the buying experience at this dealer. I initially got in touch with Ricky after an online inquiry. Ricky was very easy to work with and very responsive. I really liked that he was not the pushy type. He made the experience pretty stress free. In addition, the finance staff was extremely pleasant. I had a titling problem with the vehicle I traded in and they were more patient than I expected due to special circumstances with getting the title.
The next morning I received an email from the sales manager about my experience and shared my concerns and asked if he could get me in a new car. He said he would check and told me that they could for around the same price however he didn't share this with my sales rep. When I told him, he checked but told me that I wasn't approved for a new car and that I had to settle with the used one. I almost went through with that deal until my sister told me about Nick and her experience with him at Ourisman Mazda. Nick and I spoke and he said he would do what He could. About an hour later, I was on my way there to test drive a Mazda3. Nick was great! I test drove the car and 15 minutes I was purchasing car insurance and getting my new 2018 Mazda3! The BEST part of my experience and what impressed me the most was their professionalism and attention to detail concerning the car. It was straight off the truck and needed to be inspected. That took a bit of time, but because I wanted them to be thorough, I waited. When the car was finished, the sales manager, took the time to sit with me in the car and go over the various components. Nick and the people at Ourisman are top shelf! Thank you!!!
If you're looking to buy a new car, this is definitely the place to go! I went to several dealerships, and they were the only ones that were straightforward and didn't play games...which I appreciated. The car salesman, Quentin, was amazing and did everything in his power to get us the best deal. I walked out a happy customer which isn't something you hear often when it comes to car buying. If you need a new car, go to Laurel and ask for Quentin, he won't disappoint.
I made an appointment online that my battery seems to be an issue. Detailed this in the online appointment text. I called to confirm the appointment only to have to effectively setup the whole appointment over again and explained to the person on the phone that I suspected the battery was the issue. Walked in day of the appointment and had to detail the issue to them for a third time. Sat and waited for an a hour and a half before they come to get me and now I'm talking to him about what I suspected was the issue (this was the fourth time). Technician checks and agrees it's the battery.
I needed a car, but my credit is low and I haven't worked consistently at a full time job since I got married in 2011. I contacted a few dealerships regarding financing and actually had one willing to work with me; however, I had major concerns with the guaranteed certification inspection they did on the used vehicle I was going to purchase. I rejected the paperwork and asked them to make the necessary adjustments and to make sure the car had been properly inspected.
Nick Cutlip is the best. If you are looking for a place to purchase a car, Ourisman is it. Unlike other salesman I have dealt with, he shows you the cars that are in your price range and payment range. Ourisman definitely went above and beyond. Everyone was so helpful.
