I haven't purchased yet but came in for a test drive and Adam is very accommodating. I'm not sure if I be buying from here since you can most likely negotiate a better deal from another dealer using this as a benchmark price point. I wish this Carmax would match other dealers, I would buy here gladly.
This is the largest CarMax lot in the country. Bought a car there in 2009. Got good price, knowledge and helpful staff. Today, I was just car lot window shopping but received great help from Diana,one of the sales staff.
Update. Got 0% financing directly from Toyota-no problem, yet Carmax wouldn’t approve and instead offered higher interest rate. Deceitful tactics.
Salespersons are more laid back.

The place to go if you want a Good car at a fair price. They sell new Toyotas too. Great for repairs.
Nice place to comparison shop. In this area, with mobile military families, they are well stocked with recent models. Do you homework on their website before going.
