This was my best car buying experience ever! I loved this dealership so much so that I brought my son back the following week to get a car! No kidding! I located this dealership through TRUEcar, this is an extra bonus because I was pre-approved at my credit union and my credit union stands behind them as a good value and price, which made my final loan approval super simple. The price seen online was the true price of the car. The majority of the cars are located inside making shopping during winter comfortable, I assume the same can be said in the summer when weather is hot. The car my son was interested in was outside and they brought the car into the show room or us to look at. I hate the anxiety caused by car salesman that are pushy and over bearing, this dealership is not any of these things, everyone was nice, friendly, helpful and relaxed. There was absolutely no pressure at any time to buy a car and when it came to signing papers the documents were explained and signing was comfortable, I signed my papers in the show room and my son signed his at a table in the lobby area (also very inviting) I could go on and on about how nice everyone was and easy to work with, but I think the fact that I took my son back a week later to make a car purchase speaks to the extremely good service that we received. The next person I hear looking or a car I am sending to this dealership! Thank you so much! You all are amazing!!!!!
Great car buying experience! The Laurel facility is is clean and welcoming. The staff is helpful but not pressuring. The owner Ali personally called and greeted me. Mike even followed me home and gave me a ride back to the dealer to pick up my new car! Will do business again with Carbiz.
Everything went very smooth, car is in perfect condition and I loved working with Javier. And then they even delivered the car on the day we wanted and we filled out all the paperwork at home which saved me a half a day compared to having to drive there and traffic etc. Thank you very much great job!

I had no expectations when we went to Carbiz, in fact, we were on our way to the big car dealer across the street, but we stopped in for a look. I was a bit skeptical, but we went to see what they had. WOW! Were we impressed. A beautiful indoor showroom full of very nice, high quality cars. The staff was very professional and helpful, not your typical high pressure sales types. Bottom line is we bought a very nice car from them, they even delivered it to us! If you are in the market for a newer/used vehicle you should definitely check them out.
This was my first purchase from Carbiz and I am happy with my new Kia Sorento. The customer service at Carbiz was awesome with no hassle buying. Javier was very informative during my test drive and Mike made sure he explained the paperwork thoroughly during the signing process. I was offered warm beverages and chocolate treats as I toured the spacious Laurel facility. The whole customer service experience was superb.
