I had a great experience at AMKO Auto. I brought my daughter in on Monday to see about getting a car. Although I had to co-sign for her, we left satisfied with the purchase. The sales associate, Henry, and the manager, Armanda, were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Armanda even took things a step further and shared some helpful tips on how my daughter could improve her credit. In addition, I liked the fact that we did not sit there for hours to get an approval. We were in and out in no time. Overall, it was a great experience and I have already recommended others to check them out.

We drove over 1-1/2 hours to get there to see a truck we seen online. Once got there. Greeted very nicely. Taken inside to start right on paperwork. Looked at each other like where is the truck. Did paperwork salesman says truck would be here in ten minutes. After an hour of waiting manger comes over and gives us a spill about two identical trucks online. One with 145k and one with 76k. They try to push us to the lower mileage truck for almost 13k$ more. We said no we will wait for phantom truck. After another 20 minute wait salesman comes over now the ten minute wait for the truck has turned into could you come back Tuesday to see the truck. We picked up and left. Never have I ever seen anything like this. Really disappointed. But they were friendly.

Ramel is very welcoming and to the point on getting you exactly what you're looking for in the car that you're looking at. He allowed me to thoroughly inspect the exterior and interior of the car to ensure it was to my standards. The only thing I would recommend is to thoroughly inspect the car before putting the potential buyer on the road with it, as well as looking a little more into the specific car they're trying to sell so they know which features it should have vs. which ones it shouldn't.
