Went there with a buddy to pick up a rental truck he had scheduled about a month ago. There were no less then 30 people in line waiting to either drop off or pick up vehicles. The line of cars extended out of the parking lot and on to Route 1. Meanwhile they had one person behind the counter bringing people up. While I recognize this was the height of the back-to-school season, that's no excuse for not having extra staff in what you know is going to be a busy season. After standing in line for a half hour and not moving an inch, we cancel our reservation over the phone with the U-Haul corporate office and made alternate plans.
Fast, they obviously know what they're doing. I couldn't be any happier!!
Getting a rental went smoothly for me. The lady helping me was kind and fast. I was in and out in 15 mins. I would recommend going to rent a truck once they open up, since its less busy.
They were great. I was not in line to long. I also was able to extend my return time and they dont charge you for what you don't use. There is limited parking however.
