Rick, the manager, called me before my reservation date and told me what I would need for a quick check in. He also advised me on the kind of lock I would need for my space. When I got there to sign the paperwork, the whole thing was so quick! They showed me how to use everything, and I was set!
My experience with CubeSmart was great. Staff was professional and guided me through the process in a timely manner. I did notice that team work was present and on key delivering great customer service. Both staff members new procedures and communicated their thoughts through out the process. My stay here was just what I expected. this is a good business for recommendations.

For this being my first time renting a storage unit, it has been more than a pleasant experience. All of the staff were very personable and friendly. The work environment seems to be pleasant and it shows amongst the employees. I want to especially thank the General Manager,Lee, for her assistance and thoroughness with finding the right space for me that could best accommodate my needs.
