The hotel staff is absolutely wonderful! Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping. The rooms are clean,and DO NOT HAVE ANY NASTY CARPET!! Well kept hard wood floors,and new heating units. One of the BETTER spots to stay in the area.
Steve the front desk clerk was really helpful and extremely polite. He noticed that I was staying for 2 weeks and offered me a better rate than Expedia did. I was so grateful to him for going the extra mile for me. The rooms were clean and smelled nice. The only drawback was the prison shower. Bathroom is super huge. But the shower head and the water dispenser of it is God awful. Great location between the shopping centers grocery stores and everything else easy access to the Beltway if you're driving.
I have used this company for the last year for my weekend getaways!! The rooms were very clean, the front desk was very helpful and very kind. The property was well kept.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MOTEL 6 TO ANYONE TO STAY!
This is the best motel 6 I ever stayed in. Staff is Stupendous. The first desk ms. Kathy is awesome and so pleasant. I will always come here when I need to stay in a motel
By comparison on another stay at a Hampton Inn, I was traveling with my infant daughter. When I checked out there, I was asked how my night was. I mentioned that the air conditioner coming on and off throughout the night kept waking my daughter up. I was mentioning this more to let them know the AC in that room was rather loud. Without giving it a second thought, my night's stay was refunded on the spot.
I will be certain to count the towels on my next stay at a Motel 6.
I was very disappointed as I left your site yesterday morning. I hadn't thought it necessary to check, but I was missing a bath towel in my room. By the time I was ready to shower, all I could find was the hand towel, a wash cloth, and the foot towel. Fortunately, I am small enough and limber enough that I could make the hand towel work after the shower. When I reported this to the front desk attendant, her response was "I'll let housekeeping know." There was no acknowledgement of the inconvenience.
