I actually had a lapse in insurance due to personal reasons and was having difficulty getting auto insurance, I called several agencies and got no call back, so I started to get confused. I got off work Friday and started making me calls and that's when I reached Nena in theLaurel office at 5:59 on a Friday night. The tone in her voice calmed me and then she informed me of my options and then explained to me that they closed at 6 and I would have to talk to someone else Sat because she was off and wouldn't return til Mon, Again, I had a dilemma I need to run and put money on my Ace card because I had cash and no credit card. My heart stopped and started to beat again when she said Ms Crump I'm gonna wait here at my office because you said that Ace is 10 min from you and I'm gonna call you back so that your policy can be in effect as soon as possible, and guess what she did just that. After a longs day work, she called me back in exactly 10 minutes and my policy is in full effect. God sent me a Guardian Angel and I will never forget her unselfish act of kindness in my desperate need. Thank you so much Nena James, I truly appreciate you helping me even when you could have made me wait til Monday. If you need car insurance please ask for her and let her know I sent you.
