The person who answered the phone was really unprofessional rude person I don't have the chance to meet her but I know Just to hear her voice and the way she tread me is really disappointment please get someone with a good customer service if you really want to make a community insurance let her understand that and I asked for her name more that three times she refused to say it' finally she yelling me at the phone "My name is Denise. She get angry when I asked if she has someone bilingual but is not the reason to tread people the way she did
