I am very impressed with this gym! Friendly, patient, very helpful staff & clean gym environment! If you add more dumbbells beyond 60lb all the way up to 100lb, it will be perfect! I love working out here!
The gentleman at the counter wasn’t very welcoming and also said that I could walk around and look at it but there is no free day pass. Very unfriendly, especially when you look for new place to sing up. My other 3 previous gyms had the option for 1-3 days or a week. Anyway, not a big deal but first impressions do matter and with the veriety of other gyms in the area I think I’ll firs check what other options I have. Also it could be cleaner inside.
I rated this (Planet Fitness) 5/5 for three main reasons. First, the cleanliness of the gym overall that includes the machines, bathrooms and the floor. Second, the friendliness of their staff; they always try to make a quest visit unique and ease for members. They notify members about promotions and classes and always do their best to make things perfect. Third, the real 24/7; it does not matter if the rain is heavy or the sky is crazy, or it is a holiday or freezing weather, planet fitness at this location never closes.
The Staff is great. I've been to many PF facilities and by far this is the cleanest and well maintained of all that I visted (Philly, Del., many in Maryland). Also, the equipment is always clean and well maintained. One can see the management takes great pride in their facility.
A great place to do a late night work out. Very clean and comfortable. Staff is very nice.
