I spent money unnecessarily AND now I don't have transportation to go to work.
I received great customer service from the representatives. My specific rep inspected the car I had reserved and decided to give me another car, which ended up being better for me. They did not hassle me and my in and out process was quick and painless. I recommend Hertz in Route 1
All they said was that whoever talked to me was the lady from the previous shift so there was nothing they could do

Had a reservation set and I called ahead to confirm what I needed paperwork-wise to pick up the car, paid a cab to get there and they tell me that there was something else I was missing (which they never mentioned) that I needed to get in order to get the car, so now I had to pay a car to bring me back and forth because of their negligence, I tell the lady at the desk I'll be cutting it close to closing time because of this so can they wait for me 5 to 10 min MAX while I get it? No. They can't.
I will give one because there is no zero.worst car rental I ever came across.unprofessional receptionist.they refuse to pick me up,i took a cap and went there just for them to demand for irrelevant documents that where not mention during booking.i had to go across and rent a car from another rental service immidiately.i will not advice anybody to go there.
This place is nightmare ... make me wait for 15 min on hold and talk to costumer so rude .. not professional like they are doing free service for us ...
