Called this morning to schedule a pick up at a dealership while my car is being fixed. The lady confirmed my reservation. I wait till 5:30 and no one shows up. I call the location to check where they are and they tell me they are not responsible for the pick up location and i should contact the other location. Instead of knowing where their boundaries are or even notifying me of the issue, she let me believe i was going to be picked up.
Wanted to rent a car from here, the website was quite buggy but after trying many times I was able to make it work. Except I received a call after I was already travelling (several days after I made the reservation) that they could not accept any card with "debit" on it. Unfortunately both of my cards have this so I am unable to rent from this location. Would have been nice to know before struggling with the website over and over.
I have a very good experience with Enterprise -A- car for my last car rental, Though there were too many people lined up to rent car. The Staff did their best to get every customer satisfied. The vehicles are kept clean all the time. The reason I have been with Enterprise - A - car every week in the last 3 years.
I intended to keep the car Monday to Thursday. They pursuaded me to keep it for an extra day which is Friday. And said there will be no extra charge for that. They said return on Friday. Then I was given a huge bill for Friday . Called customer care; they promised to take care of it. Didn't do anything. So don't fall in their traps. They will try their best to trick and cheat you. Shame for this company!
Returned the rental with more gas than they gave me.... Returned it just under the F but received it with 3/4 of a tank and was charged...Rented here many times never received a clean or fully gassed vehicle.... My rate was 28$ a day but was charged 200$ for 5 days which just doesn’t add up to me..... Still waiting a call back from the “manager who closed out my ticket” not to mention i was told wrong information by an employee who claimed i would be paying a 100$ deposit and 50$ fee to extend my rental for 2 days but apparently that isn’t correct
