What does it take for this bank to determine it needs to relocate for the customers to get in and out.

By far the worst bank I have been to. I used to live in Crofton and go for here location all the time with no issues.. I have relocated and work in silver spring now. I go to deposit my payroll check and they tell me because my account has gone negative a few times that they are going to place a 7 day hold on my check... that's right because I was transfering jobs and hurting financially they are not going to give me my money for an additional 7 days so it can go into the negative again?? My account has been negative before and I have never had this issue with any other branch.. the supervisor on duty on June 9th 2017 at 1:30pm was very unhelpful, unprofessional and flat out ignorant.. i cant believe that they would treat a loyal customer like this.. I am in the process of opening a new account with a different bank because of the horrible customer care.. I will cash my checks at a liquor store before I ever return to another wells Fargo..

Worst customer service ever! I just moved here from Georgia 6 days ago and wanted to send money home to help my mom! I gave them her account number and the teller told me the number was not valid after I confirmed the number with my mom! He was very rude and not interested in taking the $2500 CASH I had. I was frustrated and DISGUSTED so I googled the closet one. I went to the bank in Elkridge and he pulled it up in 15 seconds, verified the name, deposited the money, and even asked me how I liked the area so far!

I sat down with a teller to get my statements to be print out and my temporary card the lady said I couldn't get it for some reason because I hadn't reported it lost yet or something when the bank made a mistake by sending me a new card by mistake cancelled my most recent one without my concern I just think That she wasn't listening to me and didn't feel like getting up to activate a new card. If you are feeling lazy give the opportunity to someone else to do their job right! This bank news to hire bankers with better customer service.

Love this bank! The tellers at theorize thru window are so nice! Great Customer Service!
