Drive through was not open. 30+ people in line , 2 tellers. Worst customer service ever. Apparently don't care about me or my business.

Currently 17th in the line. Expect to spend 45 minutes here before you get to teller during busy hours. Drive thru windows are closed today for some reason. That should have made more people available for service windows. But they never have enough people. It always appears like to be like this everyday. And I noticed the staff here are unapologetic to the complaining customers about slow service.

Let me start off by saying I'm not a BoA customer. I ended my 18 year relationship with them 7yrs ago. On yesterday, I had to go inside the Laurel branch because there were no drive thru tellers. I went in and the line was wrapped around the podium. I was number 14 in line. The lobby was filled to capacity with customers waiting. There were only 2 tellers doing transactions (another doing business deposits) I stood in line maybe 25-30 minutes. Utterly ridiculous. But I'm writing this review about how another customer was treated. A member apparently had been waiting for a notary (elderly woman) She went to the greeter to ask how much longer it was going to take. The greeter said loudly and I quote "I don't know who told you 15 minutes but that's not even realistic. Do you see all these people here"? No apology. No service recovery. Just a very agitated loud tone. I was appalled. Aside from the fact that I left BoA because of all the ridiculous fees, it's baffling that those fees aren't going towards adequate staffing and customer service training. #gladileft

Always 12+ people in line with 2 or 3 tellers. Get ready to wait an hour. This bank should take a hint from Navy Federal and fill all their tellers desks - or at least make this line a line of chairs. Thank god im no longer a customer - this place is ridiculous! Don’t come here!

Currently #13 in line to a row of desks with only two people working. This location is ALWAYS like this. I don't even bank here, I just deposit my rent every month, but this is ridiculous.
