Beautiful store with helpful and friendly staff. The selection is incomparable, their wine and spirits catalog is extensive as any I have seen! Staff was readily available to answer questions and not afraid to get help when they didn't have an answer. Wish I was local so I could visit again.
The prices were so good that my father-in-law picked up three bottles of various liquors that he couldn't get cheaper in Germany (one was Grey Goose).
My wife and I were looking for 3 different drinks that the website said they had in stock. When we got to the store they didn't have any of them. Their website lies about what's in stock at specific locations and will say it's always in stock if they carry it. Waste of my time. Please update your inventory and not deceive customers.
This store is amazing. I took my father-in-law here from Germany, and he was positively blown away. This place is huge and has an amazing selection with great prices. You can get literally get anything you want alcohol wise, and they have tons of nice little knick knacks that you can pick up for anyone in your life that loves alcohol.
The prices didn't seem any better than other good liquor stores that I usually patronize.
This is the walmart of alcoholic beverages. I went there because it was the closest liquor store that carried a particular product. They certainly had the product, along wit a variety of similar products at various price points.
I came here to buy 4 kegs for an event. It took a bit of time and a few people before I got a manager as they are the only ones that can order kegs for you. My order and information was written on a sticky note which didn't inspire confidence. I came back a week or so later to retrieve my kegs. I luckily did find them in the keg room with my name tapped to them on order sheets. Then I had to search for some one that could get me taps and buckets. Overall I was very impressed with their ability to get me what I wanted and honestly the overall store is awesome but the customer service is pretty bad considering just how many people they have working the floor in the store.
On the plus side, they actually had a staff member expert in the overall type of spirit. On the negative side, it was difficult to extract from him any information by which to distinguish the array of products before me.
