Very nice. Within a week of going there, they recognized me and my girlfriend, asked each of us after the other. She always has my dry cleaning ready before I present a ticket; usually she spots me in the parking lot and has the clothes ready when I walk in the store. I've also been very satisfied with the stuff I've left to be tailored or mended.
They have always done a great job with my clothes. Nice staff and always on time.
The week of my wedding, Gorman Cleaners destroyed my wedding dress. My seamstress, Leona of Leona's Gallery sent my dress to Gormans after getting two spots on it and they washed and ironed my RAW SILK wedding dress. Leona's Gallery and Gorman Cleaners have yet to compensate me for my loss.
The woman is so nice and extremely helpful. Very pleasant experience.
