I tried to call harbor freight customer service several times and waited for a long time but my phone was never answered. This is not bad customer service rather this is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Too bad. How many stars do they deserve?

The Manager & the Security Man named Gary, are awesome people. Both went out of their way to help me out when I was stranded with a dead car battery. I offered to pay them $20 for their help, but both refused multiple times. It makes me feel better knowing there are still people out there willing to help others just for the sole purpose of helping and not expecting anything in return!
Good selection of hardware and tools. The tools are generally go for single-use or light use. Get professional tools if you make a living with them. A lot of hardware and parts, and you can buy single sockets.
