JOB WELL DONE!!! My initial impression was that he completed the job TOO FAST. I had “looked in on” the work in process, as well as appreciated the before/after photo documentation provided. Again, JOB WELL DONE. Steve was done by 9:30am, completed his Inspection Report, processed payment and provided us with home improvement recommendations.

We were very happy with the roof tune-up service provided by Howard at American Home Contractors. We needed the service since we had a few minor issues with our roof which was in otherwise good condition. Their tune up service was exactly what we were looking for -- a reasonably-priced, professional inspection and fix. Howard called ahead, arrived on time, shared pictures from his inspections, and completed the work we needed. We would happily recommend their service.
Steve, the technician, arrived promptly at 8am to perform an accessment of my home’s roof & gutter condition … clearly we knew that work was needed. Steve immediately performed the Premium Roof & Gutter Tune Up as originally requested.
Marc Burnett did an excellent job doing a gutter tune-up and cleaning them out. With the gutters being on the third floor, he had to use a forty foot ladder at some personal risk. He also found and repaired a lot of nail pops on the roof that had been missed previously. Very professional work. Thank you.

Hired to clean gutters through Angie's List - came out on time (early actually, with a phone call to see if coming early was okay). The technician, Steve, was friendly and efficient. He didn't try to sell me on any additional work. Would hire again and recommend.
