I've been a patient of this dental practice for over five years. They have improved their wait times as well as their overall customer care and service. They make recommendations for additional services (whitening, implants etc.) but you have the ability to decline. There are several closer practices I could go to but for the level of care I receive I don't mind the drive.
$1700 for deep cleaning...serious over charge. I was once charged for education and they could not explain what that was. They refused to credit it because insurance was going to be billed for it and they got paid for it too... I went back to have them fix my broken front tooth that chipped at the corner. They filled down a big chunk of the tooth; now smaller than the other front tooth. Now very very sensitive. They wanted me to pay $600 for a crown and my insurance pays $1100. That was the INTENT.... make you come back and pay them more for their bad job. They charged me $5 copay for telling me that I needed a crown after destroying my tooth.
Professional staff, great docs, flexible schedule, very accommodating for my three girls. Free parking, It wasn't busy when we visited and we were on time and were seen on time. Dentist and staff explained everything and broke down insurance and out of pocket fees. Clean rooms, the docs explained everything to my girls.
I have extreme dental phobia and have been working with Dr. Weiner for over three years. He has been amazingly patient, kind, supportive, and accommodating with each visit. His assistant Ashley is incredible as well. I’m always seen promptly and they have fantastic hours including evenings and same-day appointments. As long as I’m in this area I will never go anywhere else.
While the woman was scheduling my appointment with another dentist that I had never heard of, she was talking to her coworker about how overworked, understaffed, and underpaid they were. I don't fault her for this; their jobs seemed pretty terrible. But it does reflect poorly upon the dentist, as he doesn't take care of his employees or his patients. I will definitely be finding a different dentist.
This dentist office is an assembly line. I was in the waiting room for 45 min, which is small and overcrowded with no windows. When I was called back, I was rushed through. The dentist came into the room for maybe a total of one minute. He asked my reason for coming and I had several issues and he only addressed one of them. An by "addressed" it, I mean he sent me with a woman to schedule an appointment with another random dentist for another day. So I spent an hour in the office to see the dentist for 1 minute and not even get setup for an appointment for all of the issues I came in to be treated for.
