Place is closed Monday, go there today Tuesday 3:45 p.m. and they are closing for the day. I generally get silver package, it is hit or miss on the vacuum guys and windows. Place lacking management and customer relations. Purchased a monthly unlimited package had it for 2 weeks, they tried renewing it and my card issuer declined sale.I had 2 weeks left on monthly plan I never utilized. Cashier shrugs shoulders. Total lack of regard to customers bringing them good regular business, definitely will only go here as last resort
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I rarely give negative reviews, as I am always trying to be positive and give our small businesses a chance BUT as the saying goes, I CAN NOT with this place. The customer service attendant order taker, the elderly African-American man, was rude as heck just because I asked a 2 part question, really. Then, he became belligerent because I called him out on being disrespectful for no reason. To make matters worse, I asked to speak to a manager and no one even cared. I was given a card to follow up with the manager. I thought that was really unacceptable. Finally, when my truck is complete, they do a half, effortless job on it causing me to look like that person who points out every little thing and complains about everything when they did a horrible job. It's a shame when you pay money for the top package but the employees cut corners and it looks like you got the cheapest service because they cut corners. Next time, I will go to the car wash that I passed before arriving, I am sure they would have done a much better job. Great quick service(went on a Sunday afternoon) and affordable for a college student lol. My dad's been going there for years so I gave it a try
They take a long time because usually one person is tasked with drying and detailing a car. This makes quality very inconsistent. They do an OK job of cleaning the outside of the car but not so well inside. All weather rubber mats not cleaned at all. Had to wipe a few areas of exterior myself and could have cleaned inside better myself. Cost is slightly higher than competition.
Some of the workers are nice and friendly. Overall service was good. I did a check before leaving and they had not vacuumed the trunk, inside of windshield was not cleaned. I politely pointed it out and nicely asked and the person who was working on my car was super nice about it and went back with a vacuum and cleaned the windshield.
