I was fortunate enough to meet the owner & staff of this incredible establishment through my father a few years ago, & they've given me many reasons to keep coming back. Most recently they helped me resolve an issue with my daytime running lamps on my Pontiac Vibe. Steve personally looked into the issue immediately, & had a quick, inexpensive fix within a very short period of time.
First impression, clean shop. Got me in for my inspection without an appointment and had me ready in about an hour. Jon was very nice and Ron was helpful explaining the inspection and what had to be fixed,which was minor. Definitely returning for my regular service.
We cannot say enough good things about Steve, Jon and the whole crew there. I also cannot leave out his wife who still sends out handwritten thank you notes after every visit!!
We have been coming to Thoroughbred Transmissions & Auto Care for over 10 years, with all of our vehicles, and I do not trust anyone more than Steve and his team. They continue to go above and beyond, we recently had an accident that ended up with our family car being totaled. Steve was so concerned about the family and their well being. He helped us select a replacement vehicle and had his team check it out front to back before we agreed to make the purchase. He treats us like family.

Thoroughbred Transmissions is a great place. They greeted us in a welcome manner, were very patient with my many questions, & gave me several options to fix the problem, listing the least expensive option first. That, and all of the above show me the shops integrity. I will never hesitate to call on them when my car is crisis.
